This High Chair Is A Job Well Done!
The Abiie Beyond high chair is a hybrid chair that takes all the good ideas of the wooden chairs and attempts to supplement them with a double tray system (one of which is plastic and dishwasher safe) and more secure padding of the big, plastic chairs.
They succeed because the pads look great and are easy to clean (you don’t even need to use them if you prefer), while the chair minimizes pinchy screws, messy crevices, and tricky adjustment mechanisms.

The Abiie Beyond does not accommodate newborns, but is means as a high chair for feeding babies who are ready to sit up and eat meals from 6-months to 3-years. It converts to a child chair and even adult stepstool-style chair after that so that this high chair is versatile for years.
Easy to Clean
Abiie Beyond is almost the easiest to clean chair on the market. Why almost? The double tray is both a blessing and a curse. If you want the wooden play tray, you’ll probably love it. If not, you’ll wonder why you’re messing with a two-step tray, and be disappointed when water is trapped beneath the tray, potentially harming the wood underneath. That’s the worst part.
Finally!! There are comfortable and stylish looking seat pads that don’t trap food underneath them and destroy the chair. We didn’t think it was possible. They’re washable, and while we’re not signing up for the white chair to really test how wipe-able these pads can get, there are black and green options available.
The Abiie Beyond also has minimal screw holes and other spots for food to accumulate. Its wood was made to clean, but there are some concerns that the finishing isn’t as bullet-proof as noted in the Stokke Tripp Trapp’s Review, and that it may bubble or fade with water damage over time.
Get black straps and you have another advantage to keeping this chair looking new.
The straps on the Abiie chair are easy to work with. Maybe because the simple design does not include nested chairs and cushions, the 5-point harness is easy to reach and adjust. Did I mention how much we love the black straps? We love the black straps!
The Abiie highchair has a great footprint, and for most of its life, it may be disguised as a regular chair at your kitchen table, not a broad-based high chair taking up extra space. Abiie’s Y chair, without the tray, is just like any other chair. However, if you’re looking for a compact option, the chair does not fold or store.
You need both hands to change up the Abiie Y chair, but other than that, the chair is easy to use and the wooden construction means it stands to see you through multiple kiddos.
The wooden construction gets kudos from moms who are on the lookout for a high chair that looks more like their everyday furniture. That’s a huge bonus if you’re keeping a convertible chair around for years, like this one!
If you’re anything like us, you had a big, clunky standard highchair that took up too much room, cost a lot of money, and was useless as soon as your kid got too big. The Abiie Beyond Highchair seriously and permanently puts a big 'ole stylish dent in that old high chair paradigm.

I never review products, but I have been so in love with the Abiie highchair that I decided to add a review. We have been using the chair for about a month now as my 6 month old daughter has begun eating solid food. The chair is a great size for her and she has been able to easily sit up straight in it for the past month. With my 2 1/2 year old we owned the Fisher Price Rainforest Highchair, which was slightly less expensive. We have also used Cosco and Eddie Bauer highchairs at relatives on a fairly regular basis and the Abiie chair is by far my favorite.
I bought it for when our first grandbaby comes to visit this Christmas. My husband put it together very easily! We are pleased with how sturdy it is. I was surprised that the cushions were not flimsy at all like some of the reviews said. I love how easy it will be to clean. I also love how easy it is to change the foot rest and seat. I can't wait for my grandson to get here to try it out!! I wish I would have had this high chair when my kids were little. If I did, it would probably still be around.
Love the chair. Quality is great, easy to assemble. Only down side is you need two hands to move the tray in and out. Otherwise we are very happy!
